By downloading, installing, or using Rizzio ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Rizzio is an AI-powered keyboard application that provides messaging suggestions and conversation assistance. The App analyzes screenshots and text to generate response suggestions for various communication scenarios.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Rizzio. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or fraudulent communications
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
  • Share content that is illegal, offensive, or inappropriate
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures or access unauthorized areas

5. AI-Generated Content

The suggestions and content generated by our AI are provided as assistance only. You are solely responsible for the messages you send. We do not guarantee the appropriateness, accuracy, or effectiveness of any AI-generated suggestions. Always review suggestions before sending.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Rizzio offers subscription-based premium features. By subscribing:

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
  • No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Rizzio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY SUGGESTIONS WILL ACHIEVE DESIRED RESULTS. USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIZZIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FROM FAILED CONVERSATIONS OR RELATIONSHIPS.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
